There is my favorite saying by JFK which I frequently tell my employees in everyday life;
“Ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country.”

Although I can’t fully penetrate what he means as his brain keenly functioned,

I interpret his words like this; “Each one needs to live with one’s and his/her nation’s autonomy and sense of ownership, aiming at releasing from ressentiment.”

An employee with autonomy and sense of ownership is very reliable.

If he or she is aware of the state like that and behave with the state of mind , it means that employers have finished 70% of job training.

Firstly he or she is now able to perform required tasks without instructions.

Secondly his or her motivation is inside and intrinsic so that it never relies on rewards, punishment, or compensations,
Finally he or she understands senselessness deeply above all “avoiding its responsibility”.
